Shipping Policy

Warehouse Information

We have warehouses in the United States, European and Asia. For orders within the U.S, CA & MX, we ship from our American warehouse. For orders within the Europe, we ship from our European warehouse, For international orders, we ship from our Asian warehouse.

We automatically ship your order from the nearest warehouse. If an item is out of stock there, we'll ship it from one of our other warehouses.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your package's weight, dimensions, and your location. To get a precise quote, simply add your products to the cart and enter your address during checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon arrival to clear customs. Hotucolor has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

Customs policies and fees vary widely from country to country and may change periodically. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, which are outside of our control.

Please note: If a customer refuses to pay these fees or has any confusion regarding customs requirements, Hotucolor will not provide a refund or accept returns.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please be aware: During major holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Black Friday, Chinese New Year, and other significant festivals), order processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Disclaimer: All shipping times are estimates. Factors beyond our control, such as local customs clearance, severe weather, pandemics, and holiday peak seasons, may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your order. Shipping times are calculated from the date the order is shipped, and some remote areas may take longer.

Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact our customer service team.

Out-of-Stock Orders

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will ship the available items first. The remaining out-of-stock item will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available at no additional shipping or handling cost.

Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

If an order is returned to us because the carrier was unable to deliver to the address you provided, or if you refuse delivery, we will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned items. All shipping fees (both outbound and return shipping) and any applicable taxes that we are charged to receive the return will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy


We want you to love your purchase from Hotucolor. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to decide if the item is right for you. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your unused item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Contact us first: Send an email to support@hotucolor.com with the subject line "Return Request."

Provide details: Please include your order number, the product name, and the reason for your return. For damaged or defective items, please attach photos to your email.

Wait for our instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days with further instructions and the correct return address.

Important: Please do not send your item back to the address on the package, as this is not our return facility. Any returns sent to the wrong address will not be processed.

Shipping & Fees for Returns

Our Mistake? We Cover It. If your return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label. In this case, your original shipping costs will also be refunded.

Changed Your Mind? If you are returning an item due to "buyer's remorse" (e.g., you changed your mind or chose the wrong size), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

International Returns: For all international returns, you must use a shipping service that provides Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We cannot process refunds for packages that arrive with unpaid duties or fees.

For returns valued over $70, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you via email of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly. The funds will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or fees are non-refundable except product quality issues..

Processing Time: We aim to process all refunds within 2 business days of receiving your return.

Refunds to Your Account: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. This timeline is subject to your bank’s processing schedule.

If you haven't received your refund after this period, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have not received it after these steps, please contact us at support@hotucolor.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned. These include:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Sale items or gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@hotucolor.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will work quickly to resolve the issue for you, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

Incorrect Address: 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees for redelivery. If the error is due to our operational mistake, Hotucolor will cover the reshipping costs.

Refused or Unclaimed Delivery:

If a package is returned or destroyed because it was refused or unclaimed (e.g., no one available to receive it), the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees or destruction costs. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Order Cancellations

You can request to cancel your order by contacting us at support@hotucolor.com

If you request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, we can assist with the cancellation. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 1-2 days, minus the transaction fees (as these fees are charged by the payment service provider and are non-refundable).

If your order has been placed for more than 12 hours, we are unable to cancel it as the order has already been processed and arranged for delivery. We are unable to cancel or refund orders that are already in transit.

Cancellation Policy

Hotucolor reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to: out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or if a credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution. We may also terminate your membership without notice if we believe your conduct violates our Terms and Conditions or policies, is harmful to our business interests, or if your account is inactive.
