Our HC-G1MS uses acrylic-based pigment ink, which dries waterproof, bonds to almost any surface, and delivers richer, more vibrant color with every stroke. Once dry, it won't smear, bleed, or wash off.
The pigment load in acrylic ink is also significantly higher, which means richer color, stronger opacity, and more vivid glitter or metallic payoff — especially on dark surfaces where gel ink tends to look washed out or requires multiple passes.
In short: gel ink is for paper. Acrylic ink is for everywhere.
